Getting your paper bags to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we ensure all our deliveries, home and abroad, are signed for. Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, its safety is no longer our responsibility. We use professional couriers to deliver your paper bags (Interlink Express) or a palletised delivery service depending on the size and weight of the products that you order. DHL / Citylink / Fedex / DPD are not able to leave your order at your local Post Office. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person. It is important that you give us the full delivery address and contact telephone number. If goods are returned to the Plastol Company because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
